Fairness court
Sometimes to get closure we wish an independent person would say if someone’s actions are fair or not. If. Both/all parties are willing and will agree to listen to the decision to enable the ability to draw a line underneath it and move on then we will create a “fairness court” this is where all parties can explain a situation from their perspective. Evidence can be seen and heard and either one or a group of people can decide what was an unfair outcome. This is designed to enable Closure. It is not legally binding. A decision is not always able to be made and where this is the case it will be explained why.
Depending on complexity this will likely cost between £500 – £2000. The time and cost will be agreed before the process starts. Any additional time or people will be agreed in advance.
